Dear Board of Directors and Teachers at Nguyen Tat Thanh University (NTTU)

Em tên là Văn Thúy Bình, hiện đang là sinh viên của Trường Đại học Nguyễn Tất Thành, Việt Nam. Trong học kỳ này, em may mắn có cơ hội tham gia chương trình trao đổi sinh viên tại Trường Đại học Chang Jung Christian University (CJCU) ở Đài Loan. Sau đây là báo cáo chi tiết những trải nghiệm học tập , sinh hoạt và sự tiến bộ mỗi ngày khi ở đây .

My name is Văn Thúy Bình, and I am currently a student at Nguyễn Tất Thành University in Vietnam. This semester, I have the honor of participating in a student exchange program at Chang Jung Christian University (CJCU) in Taiwan. The following report provides a comprehensive overview of my academic experiences, daily life, and personal development throughout my time at CJCU.

I. HOẠT ĐỘNG HỌC TẬP TẠI CJCU :

Từ ngày 22/2 đến 28/2, em đã có một tuần học tập và sinh hoạt đầy ý nghĩa tại CJCU. Trong khoảng thời gian này, em đã tham gia đầy đủ các buổi học của các môn đã đăng ký. Đặc biệt, trong môn “Culture and Nature Heritage”, em có cơ hội tìm hiểu sâu hơn về các di sản văn hóa và thiên nhiên của Đài Loan, đồng thời thảo luận về sự khác biệt giữa di sản của Đài Loan và Việt Nam. Ở môn

“International Business Negotiation”, em đã tham gia một bài tập nhóm, thực hành đàm phán và học cách xây dựng chiến lược thương lượng trong môi trường kinh doanh quốc tế.

Ngoài ra, em cũng dành nhiều thời gian để học tiếng Trung. Trong tuần qua, em đã học thêm nhiều từ vựng mới và cố gắng sử dụng chúng trong giao tiếp hàng ngày. Khi đi mua sắm hay hỏi đường, em chủ động sử dụng tiếng Trung để rèn luyện kỹ năng nói của mình. Dù đôi lúc vẫn gặp khó khăn trong việc diễn đạt, nhưng em cảm thấy ngày càng tự tin hơn trong giao tiếp.

I. ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES AT CJCU

From February 22 to February 28, I had a meaningful week of study and daily life at CJCU. During this time, I attended all the classes for the courses I had registered for. In particular, the “Culture and Nature Heritage” course provided me with the opportunity to gain deeper insights into Taiwan’s cultural and natural heritage while also engaging in discussions about the differences between the heritage of Taiwan and Vietnam.

In the “International Business Negotiation” course, I participated in a group exercise where we practiced negotiation skills and learned how to develop effective bargaining strategies in an international business environment.

Additionally, I devoted significant time to learning Chinese. Over the past week, I expanded my vocabulary and made an effort to use new words in daily conversations. Whether shopping or asking for directions, I proactively used Chinese to enhance my speaking skills. Although I sometimes faced difficulties in expressing myself, I gradually became more confident in communication.

Song song với việc học tập tại CJCU, em vẫn tiếp tục tham gia các lớp học trực tuyến của Trường Đại học Nguyễn Tất Thành. Em luôn cố gắng hoàn thành bài tập đúng hạn và theo sát chương trình giảng dạy để không bị tụt lại so với các bạn ở Việt Nam. Việc phải cân bằng giữa hai chương trình học giúp em rèn luyện được sự chủ động và tính kỷ luật cao hơn trong học tập.

In addition to my studies at CJCU, I have continued to attend online classes at Nguyễn Tất Thành University. I have consistently strived to complete assignments on time and stay in sync with the curriculum, ensuring that I do not fall behind my peers in Vietnam. Balancing both academic programs has greatly improved my time management skills and has fostered a sense of discipline and proactivity in my approach to learning.

➔ Chương trình trao đổi này không chỉ mang lại những trải nghiệm học thuật quý giá mà còn là cơ hội để em phát triển bản thân. Khả năng cân bằng việc học ở cả Đài Loan và Việt Nam đã giúp em nâng cao kỹ năng quản lý thời gian và tính kỷ luật, trong khi các khóa học tại CJCU đã mở rộng kiến thức của em trong nhiều lĩnh vực quan trọng. Em mong muốn tiếp tục hành trình bổ ích này và áp dụng những kỹ năng em đã phát triển vào việc học tập và sự nghiệp trong tương lai.

➔ This exchange program has not only provided valuable academic experiences but has also been an opportunity for personal growth. The ability to balance studies in both Taiwan and Vietnam has enhanced my time management and self-discipline, while the academic courses at CJCU have broadened my knowledge in several key areas. I look forward to continuing this enriching journey and applying the skills I have developed to my future studies and career.

II. HOẠT ĐỘNG THAM QUAN

Ngoài giờ học, em cũng dành thời gian khám phá cuộc sống tại Đài Loan. Em đã thử nhiều món ăn địa phương như bánh bao, trà sữa trân châu và mì bò Đài Loan. Cuối tuần, em cùng bạn bè đi tham quan một số địa điểm nổi tiếng gần trường, tìm hiểu về văn hóa và phong tục của người dân bản địa. Những trải nghiệm này giúp em hiểu hơn về cuộc sống và con người nơi đây, đồng thời tạo thêm nhiều kỷ niệm đáng nhớ trong hành trình du học của mình.

– Ẩm thực Đài Loan đã trải nghiệm : Đậu hũ thúi, lẩu đài loan , trà sữa, mì bò , ….

– Địa điểm đã đến tại Đài Loan: Dạo phố Đài Loan , xem baseball , chợ đêm Đài Loan không khí nhộn nhịp, đông đúc với rất nhiều gian hàng bày bán đồ ăn vặt, thức uống , quần áo , trang sức ,..

II. EXPLORATION ACTIVITIES

Outside of class, I also take time to explore life in Taiwan. I have tried many local dishes, such as dumplings, bubble tea, and Taiwanese beef noodle soup. On weekends, my friends and I visit famous attractions near the university to learn more about the culture and customs of the local people. These experiences help me gain a deeper understanding of life and the people here while also creating many unforgettable memories during my study abroad journey.

• Taiwanese cuisine I have experienced: Stinky tofu, Taiwanese hot pot,

bubble tea, beef noodle soup, etc.

Places I Have Visited in Taiwan : I have explored the streets of Taiwan, watched a baseball game, and experienced the lively atmosphere of Taiwanese night markets. The night markets are always bustling and crowded, with countless stalls selling street food, beverages, clothing, accessories, and more.

III. GIAO LƯU & KẾT BẠN

Trải nghiệm học tập và sinh sống tại Đài Loan không chỉ giúp em mở rộng kiến thức mà còn mang đến cơ hội giao lưu, kết bạn với nhiều sinh viên quốc tế. Em học hỏi được nhiều điều từ bạn bè đến từ các quốc gia khác nhau, từ cách họ tư duy, làm việc nhóm cho đến những câu chuyện về văn hóa đất nước họ. Đây thực sự là một hành trình tuyệt vời, giúp em trưởng thành hơn và có những kỷ niệm đáng nhớ trong quãng đời sinh viên của mình.

III. CULTURAL EXCHANGE & FRIENDSHIPS

Studying and living in Taiwan has not only broadened my knowledge but also given me the opportunity to interact and make friends with many international students. I have learned a lot from friends from different countries, from their ways of thinking and teamwork skills to fascinating stories about their cultures. This has truly been a wonderful journey that has helped me grow and create unforgettable memories in my student life.

IV.KẾT LUẬN

Nhìn lại tuần vừa qua, em cảm thấy vô cùng biết ơn vì có cơ hội trải nghiệm môi trường học tập quốc tế và hòa mình vào một nền văn hóa mới. Những thử thách và trải nghiệm đã giúp em học hỏi được nhiều điều, không chỉ về kiến thức chuyên môn mà còn về cuộc sống, sự tự lập và khả năng thích nghi. Em tin rằng những gì em trải qua trong thời gian du học sẽ trở thành hành trang quý báu cho tương lai, giúp em ngày càng hoàn thiện bản thân và sẵn sàng đón nhận những cơ hội phía trước.

IV. CONCLUSION

Looking back on the past week, I feel incredibly grateful for the opportunity to experience an international learning environment and immerse myself in a new culture. The challenges and experiences have taught me a lot, not only in terms of professional knowledge but also about life, independence, and adaptability. I believe that everything I have experienced during my study abroad journey will become a valuable asset for the future, helping me to continuously improve myself and be ready to embrace new opportunities ahead
