On the morning of October 8, 2021, the Faculty of Business Administration successfully held the Final Round of the Student Science Research Contest 2021. This is the third consecutive year that the Faculty of Business Administration has organized the Student Science Research Contest to realize the training goals in the direction of application of the school, linking training activities with scientific research, applying theoretical learning activities to solving practical problems.
Previously, on July 28, 2021, the Faculty of Business Administration held a preliminary round and selected 6 excellent teams to enter the Final Round. The competition teams came from the fields of Business Administration, Human Resource Management and Logistic Department of the Faculty of Business Administration. Both rounds of the contest were held in an online format because the time of the event was under the heavy influence of the Covid epidemic in Ho Chi Minh City. HCM. This is the interest and effort from the School, the Faculty of Business Administration to help students maintain their study and research activities.

At the Final Round, each team’s representative will present through a 15-minute slide show about the topic and its research results. The teams received questions from the Jury to deepen their understanding, requesting a more detailed presentation of the background theory, variables in the research model and research methods. The practical applicability and limitations of the study are also considered to evaluate the topic accurately. At the same time, the BGK also gave suggestions and supplements to help students learn and complete the topic as well as future scientific research.
This year, the competition teams are assessed as having a very thorough investment and scientific research. From choosing topics with practical application, to posing problems, presenting research methods and research results, they all show the science and seriousness of students. Most of the students are only 2nd year students, but under the guidance of the teachers of the Faculty of Business Administration, they have brought valuable topics related to human resource management activities, the working motivation of employees. employees, customer behavior,… In 6 research topics, there are 3 research topics on Human Resource Management.
