However, the plan for the new year will try to continue to build practical classes at enterprises, in order to train students’ skills and practical experience. Thereby, the Faculty will have a source of high-quality labor to supply businesses when students graduate.

Faculty of Business Administration with the cooperation of hundreds of vocational teachers – World teachers, These are teachers with practical experience who will be allocated to each management subject according to their expertise. Resources of vocational teachers – World teachers contribute to building a team of teachers and training programs with the right goals, ensuring to provide students with lectures placed in the real context, knowledge associated with experience. The subjects will exchange/discuss internally for the direction of activities in the new school year.

Đúng như phương châm của trường Đại học Nguyễn Tất Thành: – Thực học – Thực hành – Thực danh – Thực nghiệp. Khoa QTKD luôn chú trọng gắn kết mối quan hệ với các Doanh nghiệp, GVDN… nhằm xây dựng một môi trường học tập tốt nhất cho SV, luôn có sự kết hợp giữa lý thuyết và thực tiễn. Buổi lễ họp mặt còn nhìn lại 1 năm học với các hoạt động quan hệ DN giúp xây dựng mối quan hệ bền chặt hơn, tạo ra một cộng đồng các DN nhằm hỗ trợ, phát triển lẫn nhau.
“Kết nối để thành công!” Ngày 26.12.2020 tại Buổi “Họp mặt Giảng viên Doanh nhân và tổng kết hoạt động quan hệ doanh nghiệp năm học 2020-2021” của Khoa Quản trị Kinh doanh, Bộ Môn Quản trị Nhân lực đã làm việc và trao đổi cùng hơn 20 Giảng Viên Doanh nhân đại diện cho các doanh nghiệp cộng tác cùng Bộ Môn trong suốt thời gian qua. Buổi trao đổi mở ra nhiều hướng hợp tác và phát triển mới cho Khoa quản trị kinh doanh nói chung và Bộ môn Quản trị Nhân lực nói riêng trong các vấn đề đào tạo và thực hành nghề nghiệp, mở ra nhiều cơ hội việc làm hơn cho sinh viên chuyên ngành Quản trị Nhân lực.
BM kinh doanh quốc tế và Logistics – quản trị chuỗi cung ứng gặp gỡ các GVDN – GV thỉnh giảng. Các GVDN hợp tác cùng Khoa và bộ môn là các lãnh đạo, chuyên viên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh quốc tế và Logistics, hiện đang công tác tại các DN lớn thuộc các thành phần kinh tế khác nhau. Với mong muốn hỗ trợ SV có cơ hội trải nghiệp hoạt động kinh doanh thực tế ngay từ khi còn học, GV cơ hữu và GVDN thảo luận những cách thức kết hợp tốt nhất trong đào tạo giữa nhà trường và DN.
