NTTU – More than just an academic competition for students, GO GLOBAL 2025 is gradually establishing itself as a training model closely linked to practice, bearing the distinct mark of the Faculty of Business Administration, Nguyen Tat Thanh University (NTTU). Through each round of the competition, students not only tell their brand stories but also their own stories of growth on their journey of integration and development.
After a series of impressive, creative, and idea-filled competitions, the Organizing Committee has officially announced the Top 6 teams advancing to the GO GLOBAL 2025 Finals: Team 1, Team 2, Team 7, Team 8, Team 9, and Team 11. These teams impressed the judges with their emotionally rich storytelling, sharp strategic thinking, and ability to flexibly apply their specialized knowledge to real-world situations.
When “learning by doing” is realized through an academic playground.
According to representatives from the Faculty of Business Administration at NTTU, GO GLOBAL is designed as an experiential learning model where students learn through real-world experience, real-world practice, and real-world debates with experts and entrepreneurs. The philosophy of “real learning – real practice – real qualifications – real careers,” which serves as a guiding principle in the training of Nguyen Tat Thanh University in general and the Faculty of Business Administration in particular, has been clearly demonstrated through each round of the competition, each assignment, and each evaluation criterion.
In the Preliminary Round, students faced the challenge of building a storytelling – a brand story – for a specific product or service. From identifying core values and the target customer profile to conveying the message, students had to apply a synthesis of knowledge in marketing, consumer behavior, and brand communication to create stories that could connect emotionally and build trust with customers.
Moving on to the Final Round, the ideas were further refined through the completion of media products such as video clips, posters, and brand identity concepts. Teams directly presented, debated, and answered questions before the judging panel, transforming the competition into a mini-pitching session – where individual prowess, strategic thinking, and teamwork skills were clearly demonstrated.
The judging panel, comprised of business professionals, monitored and posed critical questions to the competing teams within the framework of the GO GLOBAL 2025 competition.
Jury: Business Perspective – A Practical Measure
One of the key highlights of GO GLOBAL 2025 is the panel of judges comprised of business professionals, providing a practical perspective that closely aligns with market needs.
Participating in judging and mentoring the students were Mr. Ninh Quang Minh, M.Sc. – Founder of Light Human, an expert in human development and personal branding; and Ms. Do Nguyen Bao Quyen, M.Sc. – Director of Gia Bao Good Foot, Business Development Director of GNE Logistics, who has many years of experience in management, business, and market development.
The comments, critiques, and insights from the judging panel not only helped students refine their exam papers but also provided practical lessons on how businesses perceive brands, evaluate ideas, and make decisions in a competitive environment. This is also the core value that the Faculty of Business Administration at NTTU aims for: bringing businesses into the classroom and bringing students closer to the labor market.
