In Ho Chi Minh City, late August and early September – a time when the atmosphere of enrollment for the Class of 2025 at Nguyen Tat Thanh University (NTTU) is bustling – also marks the time when Class of 2023 of Marketing students are taking their end-of-semester 3 exams. Among the subjects tested, the Event Organization course stood out with the organization of the Dynamic Attitude: Awakening NTTU Youth program, attracting significant interest and participation from lecturers, guests, and students.
With the message “Attitude Makes a Difference – Thinking Leads to Success,” the event was not simply a competition but also created a multi-dimensional experiential space, blending serious academics, creative art, and practical skills. Over 100 students gathered in Hall L2.201, where they were free to showcase their creativity, confidence, and teamwork abilities in a vibrant and inspiring competitive atmosphere.
Dynamic Attitude is not just a playground, but also a dynamic, challenging, and practical academic environment for Marketing at NTTU. This program allows students to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world situations, while simultaneously developing management thinking skills, teamwork, and creativity – essential elements for students to thrive and succeed in today’s highly competitive industry.
Lecturer Le Ngoc Hai, who directly supervised the program, commented: “Dynamic Attitude is not only an activity that connects with professional knowledge but also an opportunity for students to hone their management, creativity, and teamwork skills. I expect the program to become a springboard to help young people become more confident in their studies and life.”

Sharing her thoughts, Le Dao Anh Thu, one of the participating students, expressed: “For me, Dynamic Attitude is not just a course exam, but also a challenge that helps me learn how to cooperate with a group, change my attitude towards learning in a more positive and proactive way. I believe that after the program, each student will view life more positively and be more responsible for themselves.”
Contributing to the success of the event was the dedicated support of the Dynamic Attitude 2025 Organizing Committee from the Faculty of Business Administration – Nguyen Tat Thanh University. Mr. Le Ngoc Hai, Mr. Pham Thanh Minh, and Ms. Tran Thi Tuong Vi, experienced lecturers in event organization and teaching, provided unwavering support from start to finish. In addition, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Tram – Representative of the Faculty of Business Administration – with her enthusiasm and creativity, served as an indispensable link, contributing to the vibrancy of the program.

Three Rounds of Competition – Three Challenges to Test Students’ Mettle
Dynamic Attitude 2025 is structured around three consecutive rounds, each a challenge designed to test and develop the core skills of marketing students.

- Round 1 – Warm-up: Teams showcase their creativity through speeches, skits, and short videos. This is an opportunity for students to demonstrate their flexible thinking, teamwork skills, and ability to convey a profound and impactful message to the audience.
- Round 2 – Breakthrough: Contestants face a challenge testing their skills in handling unexpected situations from a “mystery box.” This round demands leadership, critical thinking, and the ability to handle pressure within a time limit, thereby honing quick reflexes and strategic thinking.
- Round 3 – Dynamic Challenge Finals: The two best teams compete in a live debate with sharp, logical, and persuasive arguments. This is the decisive round, where contestants demonstrate their confidence, composure, and ability to adapt to challenging questions from the judges and audience.

Success Beyond Expectations
After days of meticulous preparation and anxious anticipation, Dynamic Attitude 2025 concluded with resounding success, filled with explosive emotions and unforgettable moments. The event was not only a creative academic playground but also an opportunity for students to showcase their capabilities, teamwork, and unique attitudes.
Each round of the competition was a challenge, and each victory was a testament to the contestants’ tireless efforts. The program’s success is marked by the enthusiastic participation of the competing teams, the vibrant support from the audience, and the dedicated companionship and support of the Judging Panel, the Organizing Committee, and the lecturers of the Faculty of Business Administration – Nguyen Tat Thanh University.
Dynamic Attitude 2025 has come to an end, but the spirit of “Different Attitude – Mindset Leading to Success” will surely continue to spread, strongly inspiring every Nguyen Tat Thanh University student on their journey of learning and self-development.
