The event inspired students about digital business and e-commerce.
On November 17, 2025, Nguyen Tat Thanh University had the honor of hosting UNITOUR 2025 – a key activity within the framework of the 2025 Digital Business Student Competition organized by the Vietnam E-commerce Association (VECOM) and the Network of E-commerce Training Institutions.
An inspiring afternoon
With the theme “Leading the Vision – Shaping the Digital Era ,” the event attracted over 400 students, along with numerous lecturers and guests, to the auditorium on the 9th floor of the An Phu Dong campus. The atmosphere was incredibly vibrant, with the presence of many leading experts in the fields of e-commerce, digital economy, and digital transformation.

The program is honored to welcome the participation of many reputable speakers:
Representative of the Vietnam E-commerce Association:
- Tran Van Trong – General Secretary of VECOM, who delivered an inspiring opening speech.
Experts from the business:
- Diep Nguyen and Ms. Linh Le from Amazon Global Selling Vietnam provided a global perspective on exporting through e-commerce.
- Cu Thi Thien An and Ms. Tran Thi Van from the Vietnam Internet Center shared their experiences in building a digital portfolio with a website.
- Dinh Nguyen Thuy Duyen from Doppelherz Vietnam analyzes digital business trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Nguyen Minh Duc – CEO of ImGroup, presented on the application of AI in e-commerce.
- Le Van Phan – Senior Regional Director of MB Life, shared his insights on how to make a strong personal impression on recruiters.

The program content is rich and varied.
The program is divided into two main sessions:
Session 1: New Trends in Digital Business and Opportunities for Students
Students listened to five in-depth presentations on current hot topics:
- “Shape the New Era with E-commerce Export”
Speaker: Ms. Diep Nguyen – Sales Training Director
Ms. Linh Le – Senior Account Manager, Amazon Global Selling Vietnam
The two sisters shared about the opportunity to reach the global market with just a laptop. Exporting through e-commerce is no longer the playground of large businesses, but an opportunity for all young people who know how to grasp trends and technology. Vietnamese products can now reach customers in the US, Europe, or anywhere else, and students can absolutely become “global sellers” in the digital age.
- “Digital Portfolio – Building an Online Identity with a Website”
Speaker: Ms. Cu Thi Thien An – Specialist in the General Affairs and Services Department, Vietnam Internet Center, Ministry of Science and Technology
Ms. Thien An helped students understand how to create, develop, and effectively utilize a digital portfolio in their academic and professional journeys. In the AI era, building a digital portfolio is not just a trend but has become a powerful “competitive weapon” for modern students, where every skill and personal product can be showcased and evaluated in seconds in a digital environment.
- “Digital business trends and opportunities for pharmacy students”
Speaker: Ms. Dinh Nguyen Thuy Duyen – Doppelherz Vietnam
With extensive experience in digital transformation in the healthcare industry and the development of e-commerce platforms for pharmaceuticals, Ms. Duyen provided in-depth analysis and exemplary examples. In particular, as a former Pharmacy student from Nguyen Tat Thanh University, Ms. Duyen strongly inspired students by sharing her journey from the classroom to career success. From consulting and distribution to product marketing, digital business models are opening up enormous opportunities for future generations of pharmacists.
- “Applications of AI in e-commerce”
Speaker: Mr. Nguyen Minh Duc – CEO of ImGroup, Deputy Secretary General of VECOM
With years of experience implementing AI solutions for e-commerce businesses, Mr. Minh Duc helped the audience better understand how AI is reshaping consumer behavior, optimizing operations, and creating a superior competitive advantage. AI is not just a support tool but has become a “growth engine” for all businesses in the context of e-commerce developing at an unprecedented pace.
- “Make a personal impression – Win over the recruiter”
Speaker: Mr. Le Van Phan – Senior Regional Director, MB Life Insurance Company
Mr. Phan shared practical insights and valuable experiences from his own recruitment and team development process. In today’s competitive recruitment environment, qualifications and experience are only part of the equation – what truly makes each candidate stand out is their personal touch: their unique style, attitude, and the value they bring to the organization.
Session 2: Interactive Discussion
The discussion on the topic “Digital Business and Job Opportunities in Business, E-commerce, and IT,” moderated by Mr. Nguyen Minh Duc – CEO of ImGroup and Deputy Secretary General of VECOM, created a lively and interactive atmosphere.
