Prof. Dr. Bach Long Giang – Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Center, Dr. Hoang Thinh Nhan – Deputy Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Center, Ms. Huynh Hong Mai – Deputy Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Center, Dr. Bui Van Thoi – Deputy Head of the Faculty of Business Administration, Dr. Bui Thi Viet – Deputy Head of the Faculty of Educational Psychology, along with faculty members from various Faculties/Institutes of NTTU.
23 projects/23 awards for Innovation – Breakthrough – Potential of NTTU students
At the event space, hundreds of projects were presented, reflecting the genuine social observation skills and problem-solving aspirations of young people. Recycling models, healthcare products, technological solutions, innovative services, and application designs all demonstrated that NTTU students not only think of “good” ideas but have also entered the “implementable” mindset.
Projects participating in the event were presented.
This practical approach helped the judging panel select 23 outstanding projects, from various classes and departments, representing three qualities of the student entrepreneurship movement: creativity, applicability, and impact potential.
This year’s winning projects paint a diverse yet interconnected picture. From ideas in the healthcare field such as a physiotherapy center, traditional medicine masks, Rehab Team – remote rehabilitation, or the Promouth 3C mouthwash project by students from the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Dentistry; to natural and organic products such as lip balm for dark lips, soap made from moringa oil, and rock sugar combined with herbs, it shows the clear trend of sustainable consumption being embraced by the younger generation.
Projects focused on environmental improvement and recycling – such as “Cat Coffee” made from coffee grounds, “Green Recycling,” “Green Up” – a scrub made from durian peel, or applied engineering models like “CED” – an improved exhaust gas filtration system, “Green Breeze” – “Coolbox Mini,” an anti-drowsiness device, and a combined car charging and maintenance station – demonstrate that students are beginning to approach problems with a scientific and technological mindset.
In addition, service-business projects such as Gift Packaging Service, Let the Scent Speak, RC Business Model, Pet Parents, Cafe and Car Wash Project, 2Up – Website Design for Repair Services, or Lotus Rice Fragrance Box, originating from various departments ranging from Business to Technology and Applications, reflect the strong entrepreneurial spirit among the student generation.

The projects that won awards at the event.
When you put all 23 projects together, it’s clear that NTTU students aren’t simply creating products; they’re seeking to address real-world societal issues, from healthcare and sustainable consumption to the environment and technological innovation.
Seminar: Affirming the Role of Executive Thinking in the Digital Age
Within the framework of the event, the seminar “Innovative Entrepreneurship in the Digital Age: From Idea to Implementation” was not just a parallel activity within the event itself, but truly became a new source of knowledge for students in the digital age. What made this year’s program particularly special was the participation of senior managers from technology and digital finance companies, who are directly operating business models based on data, digital platforms, and modern market thinking.

The insights shared by the business speakers brought a “breath of fresh air”—both up-to-date and rich in practical experience. They didn’t talk about entrepreneurship in theory, but from the perspective of those who are daily facing the rapid pace of technological change, market competition, and the constant demands for innovation in businesses. This practicality made it clear to the students that digital transformation is not a distant concept, but a trend reshaping career opportunities and the entrepreneurial spirit of the younger generation.
The speakers analyzed that in the new business environment, ideas are just the starting point, while the real value lies in execution capabilities: the ability to analyze data, understand user behavior, quickly test models, and adjust strategies based on market feedback. This knowledge, derived from business practice, helped students better visualize the journey of taking a product from its initial development stage to reaching actual customers.
Beyond technical or market-oriented thinking, the workshop clarified the position of students within the national innovation and startup ecosystem. As senior managers shared real-life stories – from developing e-commerce platforms and operating fintech solutions to improving technology products – students saw their role extend beyond the confines of the school campus. They are the “innovation agents” that the ecosystem is eagerly awaiting, as the flexibility, willingness to experiment, and sensitivity to technology of the younger generation are invaluable resources that businesses need.
The conference itself also demonstrated a significant shift: universities are no longer just transmitting knowledge, but also becoming bridges to the latest technological trends. When leaders from digital technology companies collaborate with the university, students not only gain knowledge but also have the opportunity to access the professional values that the future demands: problem-solving skills, technological understanding, creative thinking, and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.
It can be said that the December 7th Workshop opened up a space where modern knowledge met the creative aspirations of young people. This was a crucial intersection that helped students develop a new mindset – the ability to enter the digital economy with understanding, responsibility, and the capacity to transform ideas into real value. And it is this intersection that made this year’s event more than just a gathering; it became part of the journey to building a sustainable innovation ecosystem at NTTU.
Signing Ceremony: Affirming the Strength of the Partnership between the University and Digital Technology Businesses
One of the most significant highlights of the December 7th program was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Nguyen Tat Thanh University and Felix Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company – a company developing an e-commerce ecosystem and digital solutions for the youth market. The signing took place in the presence of partners in the startup ecosystem, including leaders of the AEC Club, representatives of VikkiBank, and the Board of Directors of the NTTU Innovation and Startup Incubation Center.
The presence of these organizations at the signing ceremony was not merely a formality, but reflected the increasingly clear trend of collaboration between schools, businesses, and support organizations within the innovation ecosystem. Felix, as a digital technology company, brought practical experience in operating digital platforms, product thinking, and the expanding e-commerce ecosystem to the cooperation agreement. The university, through its Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Center, affirmed its strategy of exposing students early to businesses, technology, and the real needs of the market.
In the presence of Mr. San Anh Minh, Mr. Nguyen Tri Tuan Anh (AEC Club), Mr. Huynh Quang Khuong and Mr. Pham Huu Phuc (VikkiBank), along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bach Long Giang, Dr. Hoang Thinh Nhan and Ms. Huynh Hong Mai, the signing ceremony took place in a spirit of open cooperation, aiming for practical values that students can benefit from in the near future.

Signing ceremony for the cooperation agreement between NTTU and Felix.store
This agreement not only opens up internship, recruitment, and specialized training programs, but also creates a framework for students to experience the Felix digital ecosystem through projects, competitions, and innovative activities linked to real needs. This is considered an important step in forming a “product mindset” for learners, helping student startup projects have the opportunity to access the market earlier and in the right direction.
The 4th Startup and Creative Idea Search Day 2025 and the workshop “Innovative Startups in the Digital Age: From Idea to Implementation” have concluded, but the connections established today will continue to open up many new paths for students. With the support of the university, businesses, and the innovation ecosystem, the ideas of young people will not only remain on campus but can also enter the market, create real value, and make a positive contribution to the development of the community in the digital age.
