On October 17, 2025, the Department of International Business, Faculty of Business Administration, Nguyen Tat Thanh University, in collaboration with the Department of Industry and Trade of Vinh Long province, organized a training course on global economic integration for export businesses and management staff in Vinh Long province with the theme “Halal Certification – Export Opportunities to Muslim Countries”. This is an important program aimed at supporting businesses, cooperatives, production and business establishments, and management staff in the province to update the latest knowledge on international economic integration and Halal certification, opening up new opportunities for exporting to Muslim markets.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Pham Huu Du, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Vinh Long province, emphasized the importance of international integration for the province’s economic development. Vietnam, as an open economy, is increasingly participating in free trade agreements (FTAs) and global economic relations.
