Based on Decision 844/QD-TTg dated May 18, 2016 of the Prime Minister on approving the project “Supporting students to promote innovative entrepreneurship until 2025”;
Based on the Development Strategy of Nguyen Tat Thanh University for the period 2020-2025, with a vision to 2035, issued with Resolution No. 02/NQ-HĐT dated January 12, 2021, by the University Council;
In order to improve the quality of training and to support the national entrepreneurship movement, Nguyen Tat Thanh University organizes activities to support its members and students in scientific research, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
Nguyen Tat Thanh University announces the organization of the 10th “Student Scientific Research & Innovation” Conference in 2025 with the following contents:
I. OBJECTIVES AND CONTENT
1. Purpose
The 10th “Student Scientific Research & Innovation” Conference in 2025 will be organized for four key sectors, aiming to:
- This creates an academic platform for students to present their research results, share knowledge, skills, and experiences gained during the scientific research process. It also provides an opportunity for students to raise questions and exchange ideas with speakers and experts.
- Promoting independent thinking and research, helping students access modern research methods and tools, and laying the foundation for publishing high-quality scientific works in the future;
- Selecting and reviewing posters of publication quality contributes to the dissemination of knowledge and recognition of the academic value of students throughout the university.
- Content
The conference was organized by specific areas, namely:
- Health Sciences
- Fields of Economics, Law and Management Science
- Social Sciences, Humanities, and Arts
- Engineering and Technology
II. PARTICIPANTS
- Students, graduate students, and doctoral candidates from Nguyen Tat Thanh University can register to participate in the following fields of study:
- The topic is for submission to the Ministry-level competition.
- Topics to be submitted for the 27th Eureka Student Scientific Research Award in 2025;
- Topics submitted to the “Research with Impact Cup” competition;
- School-level research project.
III. AWARD STRUCTURE
Award Structure:
- 01 First Prize/Unit: Cash prize and Certificate of Merit from the School;
- 01 Second Prize/Unit: Cash prize and Certificate of Merit from the School;
- 01 Third Prize/Unit: Cash prize and Certificate of Merit from the School;
(The award structure is based on the actual number of units, each subject group, and applies when a minimum of 10 projects/units have been completed in the 2024-2025 academic year at all levels).
The remaining topics will be evaluated to recognize contributions and participation, with Certificates of Merit from the University awarded. Furthermore, high-quality research works will be featured in an e-book publication to acknowledge academic spirit and contributions to scientific research.
IV. ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION
– Time of organization: Expected in October-November 2025.
– Location: N1 Building, Nguyen Tat Thanh University, Vo Chi Cong Street, Long Binh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
– Languages used at the Conference: Vietnamese and English.
– Conference format: In-person.
V. REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS
– Submission method: Participating units are responsible for compiling and submitting their unit posters and reports by the deadline for the Conference.

- 01 poster presenting research results (Size A0. Authors only need to submit the file online using the general template provided by the Organizing Committee).
