On the afternoon of September 9, 2020, at the big hall of the campus of District 12, Nguyen Tat Thanh University, the semi-final and final round of the “Future Administrator” contest took place. This is a large-scale competition organized by the Faculty of Business Administration with the initial number of participants being nearly 100 students for 33 teams from students majoring in business administration courses 17,18,19.
Overcoming the preliminary round by presenting attractive and unique CVs, showing the capacity, strengths and personality of each candidate, 8 teams were selected to enter the semi-finals.

In the semi-finals, the teams are arranged to participate in internships in departments of companies. Here, students had time to learn about the company’s organizational structure, field of activity, products and market, thereby preparing for the semi-final exam to write a project to build a development strategy. company or solve a company problem noticed by the team during the internship. Each competition team also received the guidance of lecturers who are PhDs and Masters in the Faculty of Business Administration to ensure that the groups maximize their capacity.

After a period of 1 month of researching and writing projects, 4 teams successfully completed and submitted strategic projects to advance to the final round.

After hours of challenging exams, the final results were announced as follows:
- First prize: Group 2 will receive a Certificate of Merit from Faculty of Business Administration and a prize of VND 5,000,000
- Second prize: Group 24 will receive a Certificate of Merit from Faculty of Business Administration and a prize of VND 3,000,000
- Third Prize: Group 22 will receive a Certificate of Merit from Faculty of Business Administration and each prize is worth VND 2,000,000
- Consolation prize: Group 7 will receive a Certificate of Merit and each prize is worth 500,000 VND
The “Future Manager” contest in 2020 ended with the joy of the winning team and the joy of sharing from the participating teams. The competition has made a deep impression on all students of the Faculty of Business Administration, and the participating teams have been able to expand their knowledge, capacity and thinking from real projects. The contest ends but promises to expand and create useful playgrounds for students of the Faculty of Business Administration in the future.
