Scientific Conference “Development trends of e-commerce, logistics and supply chain management in a flat world”

On December 31, 2020, Faculty of Business Administration, Nguyen Tat Thanh University successfully organized a Scientific Conference with the theme: “Development trends of e-commerce, logistics and supply chain management in a flat world”. , attracting the attention and participation of researchers, lecturers of Faculty of Business Administration, Entrepreneurship Lecturers and Business Leaders.

The conference proceedings include 16 quality scientific papers focusing on researching and solving a specific problem of the e-commerce industry, logistics services and value chains in the context of integration and industrial revolution. 4.0 in Vietnam and around the world. Opening the seminar, Dr. Nguyen Xuan Nhi – Dean of Faculty of Business Administration emphasized the urgency of the topic of the Workshop and suggested that lecturers and researchers focus on analyzing and discussing to propose solutions for the problem. new issues of the economy, in order to improve the academicity of research and the quality of teaching in related fields, in accordance with the training orientation of Nguyen Tat Thanh University.

On behalf of the Science and Training Council of the Faculty of Business Administration and the Organizing Committee of the Seminar, Dr. Phan Ngoc Thanh gave an overview of the articles in terms of structure, research methods, data, citations, and implications. management and science mentioned by the authors in each work. Of the 16 articles selected to be published in the yearbook, 4 (25%) used quantitative methods, 14 (85%) focused on specific issues of logistics, supply chain or e-commerce integration services- Logistics, or Supply Chain- Production Management. There are 2/16 articles (13%) related to training quality and customer psychological behavior. In particular, an article by a student studying international business at the Faculty of Business Administration was selected to be published with the topic of logistics service quality in e-commerce.
