Globalization and development of science and technology change management methods in organizations as well as labor industries. In order to improve the effectiveness of teaching and training students in Business Administration and Human Resource Management to meet the demand for human resources for the development of the economy, the Faculty of Business Administration of the University Nguyen Tat Thanh organized a Faculty-level seminar on “New trends in teaching and training in Human Resource Management and Business Administration” on November 19, 2019.
The conference gathered many scientific studies to update new knowledge and new trends of management in general and human resource management in particular. The seminar also shared and discussed effective and new teaching methods in teaching business administration majors at university level in order to promote the advantages of technology in the digital era.
