NTTU – Recently, at the Army Theater in Ho Chi Minh City, Nguyen Tat Thanh University (NTTU) was honored with five prestigious awards within the framework of the Vietnam Excellence Brand 2025 program. This achievement not only marks the efforts of the faculty, students , and staff, but also contributes to affirming NTTU’s development orientation to become a university focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, and creativity in Vietnam.
The Vietnam Excellence Brand 2025 program is a key initiative launched to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025), implemented by the Business & Trade Magazine in collaboration with the Institute for Business Quality Assessment and Human Resource Development, and other central and local agencies. This is also an annual event to honor brands, organizations, businesses, and educational institutions that have made outstanding contributions to society. NTTU’s simultaneous recognition in five categories not only creates a highlight in the educational community but also opens up opportunities for the university to further affirm its long-term commitment to development: improving the quality of education, strengthening business cooperation, promoting applied research, and forming a startup ecosystem within the university environment.
Vietnam’s Top 10 Outstanding Universities in 2025: Affirming Prestige and Quality of Education
Being recognized among the top 10 universities nationwide is clear evidence of NTTU’s academic quality and training prestige. The university boasts state-of-the-art facilities, a modern laboratory and practice system, a rich electronic library, and a staff of over 2,000 faculty and employees , including many professors, doctors, and leading experts. NTTU currently offers multi-disciplinary training ranging from Medicine, Economics, Technology, Arts to Tourism, meeting the diverse needs of society. Notably, with over 90% of students finding employment in their field within months of graduation, NTTU affirms the effectiveness of its practical training model and its focus on innovative entrepreneurship, contributing to its enhanced position within the Vietnamese higher education system.

Pioneering digital transformation in education 2025 – TOP 10: Breaking through with the Smart University model
NTTU is one of the pioneering universities in implementing the Smart University model . The university applies online learning management systems (LMS), comprehensive university governance systems, and utilizes big data and artificial intelligence (AI) in its training programs. Students can access a vast digital learning resource library and study online anytime, anywhere. These innovations enhance the student experience and create a breakthrough in university management and operation according to international standards.

This award recognizes NTTU’s efforts in creating a comprehensive learning environment. The university always focuses on developing students in terms of knowledge, skills, and attitude. Innovative and Creative Education Unit 2025: Affirming its pioneering spirit and spreading the entrepreneurial mindset.
Continuous innovation is one of NTTU’s core values. The university regularly organizes entrepreneurship and innovation competitions, nurturing student ideas, while also connecting them with investment funds and businesses to realize their projects. The NTTU Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center has become a meeting place for many young startups, with numerous projects successfully commercialized and funded. As a result, NTTU is gradually forming an entrepreneurial ecosystem within the university itself.
