The Faculty of Business Administration – Nguyen Tat Thanh University welcomes new students from the Class of 2025 with the theme “Helping Dreams Take Flight”

On September 17, 2025, the Faculty of Business Administration (FA) – Nguyen Tat Thanh University (NTTU) solemnly held a welcoming ceremony for the Class of 2025 with the theme “Giving Wings to Dreams”. This is a special event, marking an important beginning in the learning, training, and development journey of the new students at NTTU.

The ceremony not only served to connect and inspire, but also demonstrated the commitment of the University and the Faculty of Business Administration to supporting, guiding, and helping students realize their dreams throughout their university journey.

On the school’s side, the program was honored to welcome Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thao, M.Sc. – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Acting Head of the Student Affairs Department, Secretary of the Youth Union and Student Association, and Mr. Tran Quoc Qui, M.Sc. – Head of the Inspection Department. From the business sector, representatives from over 30 companies were also present, joining in the joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere to welcome the Class of 2025 of the Business Administration Faculty.

The opening ceremony began with spectacular, captivating, and vibrant artistic performances. Joining the nationwide celebration of Vietnam’s 80th National Day, performances showcasing cultural identity and themes of homeland and country, such as “Bac Bling” and “My Vietnam,” presented by students from cohorts K22, K23, and K24, created an exciting and lively atmosphere, demonstrating the creativity, dynamism, and talent of the Business Administration students. In particular, the dance performance “Continuing the Story of Peace,” featuring faculty members from the Business Administration department and students, brought the entire hall to a climax. This was also a meaningful gift that the faculty and students had diligently practiced to welcome the new K25 students.

The opening performances were spectacular and vibrant.

Opening the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Xuan Nhi, Head of the Business Administration Faculty, delivered a meaningful opening speech. He expressed his joy in welcoming the new students to their new home, marking the beginning of a new academic journey. He also advised them on the importance of a fresh start, new aspirations, dreams to build, goals to set, and step-by-step planning for this path. In the context of rapid digital transformation, he emphasized the value of knowledge, digital skills, self-learning abilities, and continuous self-improvement as a solid foundation to help students overcome all challenges.

In his speech, the professor also emphasized the support and companionship from both the faculty and the university. This message fosters a spirit of unity and solidarity, helping students confidently face challenges and cherish the teacher-student relationship as well as the university. This is not only encouragement but also a commitment to accompanying and building a creative and successful future for the students.

Continuing the program, Dr. Bui Van Thoi – Vice Head of the Faculty of Business Administration – presented and briefly introduced the Faculty’s training programs, while also answering questions about the training programs and student affairs, helping new students gain more knowledge, understanding, and confidence for their future endeavors. He also introduced the Faculty’s academic clubs, such as the English Club, the Entrepreneurship Club, the Scientific Research Club, and the Be a Leader Club… These clubs are places where students can expand their academic activities, develop skills and knowledge, and hone their abilities through future competitions.

One of the highlights of the program was the talk show “What I Wish For at 20,” featuring a touching sharing session by Ms. Ton Nu Xuan Quyen – Chairman of the Board of Directors of BLUSAIGON. Through her story, she conveyed a message to young people: “The ages of 18-20 are the most precious time to dream and dare to act. Don’t be afraid of failure, believe in yourself, and bravely step out of your comfort zone.”

The talk show provided new students with moments of reflection, inspiring aspirations and confidence to begin their new journey.

The next cultural performance was a truly outstanding flute ensemble presented by the Business Administration Faculty’s performing arts team. The meticulously prepared performances, with their lengthy rehearsals, demonstrated the care and attention of the entire Faculty leadership and faculty members towards all the new students. This warm welcome served as a great source of motivation for the students, allowing them to immerse themselves in a warm and close-knit atmosphere, like a family.

During the ceremony, the Faculty of Business Administration honored and awarded the valedictorians and salutatorians of 7 majors, recognizing their outstanding efforts in the 2025 entrance examination. This is not only an encouragement but also a motivation for them to continue striving for excellence in their studies and research.

The Faculty leadership presented awards to the top-scoring and second-highest-scoring students in the entrance exam.

The final part of the program featured a truly unique and impressive performance: the faculty members of the Business Administration Department showcasing their national costumes. Instead of chalk and blackboards, the esteemed professors stepped onto the stage in traditional Vietnamese ao dai, headscarves, and skirts, creating a colorful fashion show with the theme “Proud of National Identity.” The professors left a deep impression on all the Class of 2025 with their friendliness, approachability, and cheerful spirit, embodying the motto “study hard, play hard.”

The traditional costume performance by the faculty members of the Business Administration Department enlivened the atmosphere of the ceremony.

The welcoming ceremony for new students at the Faculty of Business Administration concluded with joy and a wealth of emotions: love, respect, and pride. The vibrant atmosphere and positive energy of the ceremony further energized and motivated Class of 2025 for their upcoming studies. With the unity and solidarity of the faculty and students, the Faculty of Business Administration promises to be a knowledge-based, dynamic learning environment that nurtures talent and fosters success for its students in the future.
