Following the resounding success of previous seasons, the 5th “Future Managers” competition, organized by the Faculty of Business Administration – Nguyen Tat Thanh University, officially concluded on August 15, 2025, with a dramatic and emotional final night. After more than two months of competition, the six best teams gathered, delivering spectacular presentations that clearly demonstrated the capabilities, knowledge, and ambition of the young generation of managers.

This year’s competition attracted a large number of students from Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, Logistics, and other related fields. With its professional scale and practical content, the program has become a launching pad for students to test their skills as future managers. The final judging panel consisted of experienced managers and successful CEOs, including:
- Bui Van Thoi – Deputy Head of the Faculty of Business Administration, Head of the Judging Panel
- Dr. Tran Dinh An – Head of the Business Administration Department, Head of the Organizing Committee
- Ms. Tran Ngoc Tuoi , M.Sc. – Director of Vinh Thuan Co., Ltd.
- Mr. Nguyen Cao Phu , M.Sc. – Chairman of Ben Xe Mien Dong Company Limited
Dr. Bui Van Thoi – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, delivered the opening speech for the final round of the competition.
With the enthusiastic support of the students from the Faculty of Business Administration, the competition took place in a vibrant, lively, and exciting atmosphere.

After overcoming 15 strong teams in the preliminary round, 6 outstanding teams advanced to the final round. The teams presented and delivered compelling speeches on business and marketing strategies aimed at promoting and developing their businesses. They demonstrated extensive knowledge and analytical skills through specific projects. The competition not only demanded creativity but also challenged the contestants’ critical thinking and strategic reasoning abilities. The judging panel posed challenging questions related to strategy, management, and the essential skills of a future CEO. The insightful assessments and dedicated feedback from the judging panel provided the contestants with not only fair scores but also valuable practical lessons for their future careers.


After a rigorous and fair evaluation of the competition entries, the Judging Panel selected and awarded the following titles to the teams:
- First prize went to the M-FORCE team with their entry ” Marketing Strategy Implementation Activities for Lock&Lock’s New Insulated Water Bottle Product”.
- Second prize went to the GENZION team with their entry ” Developing a 10-minute Marketing Mix Strategy for Kokomori Vietnam’s Natural Soap and Scented Candle Products”.
- The two third prizes went to the TOP BOX and BALLERINA CAPUCHINA teams for their entries: “ Marketing Strategy – Healthy Meal Project – Healthy Budget Box” and “Developing a Marketing Strategy for the Dove Deodorant Product Line”.
- Two Encouragement Prizes were awarded to the SURE SHOT and SCHOLA teams for their entries: “Developing a Business Strategy for the Sure Condom Product ” and “Alpha Scholarship’s Expansion Strategy into the American Market”.
Dr. Bui Van Thoi and Dr. Tran Dinh An presented awards to the two teams that won first and second place.
In addition, two individuals with outstanding performances received the Outstanding Individual Award : Nguyen Thi Ngoc Mai (Marketing major) and Nguyen Tran Thao Quyen (E-commerce major ). Thanks to their confident and talented performances, showcasing the potential of a true future CEO, they demonstrated their expertise in management and strategy development, as well as their sharp presentation and public speaking skills, completely convincing the judges and audience at the competition.

More than just a competition, “Future Managers” has become an academic forum – a creative playground – connecting students with businesses. It’s also a place where students hone their strategic thinking, leadership skills, and teamwork abilities, preparing them with a solid foundation to enter the business world.
The final round concluded amidst resounding applause, leaving many beautiful emotions and impressions in the hearts of the contestants and participants alike. The competition promises to return with increasingly groundbreaking seasons, motivating a generation of students to dare to think, dare to act, and dare to assert the capabilities of future managers.
