On August 29, 2025, the Faculty of Business Administration \u2013 Nguyen Tat Thanh University successfully organized a pre-internship orientation and sharing session for final-year students majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. The program was attended by the faculty leadership, department heads, supervising lecturers, and a large number of students majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.<\/p>\n

In his opening remarks, Dr. Bui Van Thoi \u2013 Deputy Head of the Faculty of Business Administration \u2013 emphasized the importance of internships in the training process. He encouraged students to maintain a proactive and inquisitive attitude, not be afraid of difficulties, and always demonstrate professionalism \u2013 essential qualities to prepare them for the real-world work environment.<\/p>\n

Dr. Bui Van Thoi\u00a0, Vice\u00a0Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, shared his insights with students at the internship orientation session.<\/em><\/p>\n

Continuing the program, Mr. Can Hoang Nguyen Khanh, a visiting lecturer in logistics and supply chain management, shared essential soft skills for modern businesses such as effective communication and presentation, professional work mindset, sense of responsibility, and teamwork ability. These practical insights helped students understand that, in addition to professional knowledge, attitude and skills are crucial for adaptability and career development in the industry.<\/p>\n

In the academic orientation session, Ms. Tran Hoang Cam Tu, Head of Department, guided students on how to complete their graduation thesis: from topic selection, data collection and analysis, to report presentation. Notably, from 2025 onwards, students will be able to complete their graduation thesis in groups \u2013 thereby developing teamwork skills, supporting each other in research, simulating a real-world work environment, and improving learning efficiency.<\/p>\n

Continuing the program, Ms. Vu Nhat Phuong shared specific tips on how to write an internship report, emphasizing practicality, the ability to connect theory with practice in the enterprise, and requirements regarding structure, presentation, and academic citations.<\/p>\n
