Congratulations to the future leaders of \u201cSHAPING THE FUTURE\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

With the aim of creating an academic playground for final-year students, the “Be a Leader” Club organized the “Shaping the Future” competition. The competition not only helps students experience and improve both their knowledge and skills, but also serves as a platform for knowledge exchange between students and experts from businesses.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday afternoon, July 29, 2025, the\u00a0SHAPING THE FUTURE<\/strong>\u00a0competition concluded with the final round, featuring 6 teams participating in interviews with corporate recruitment experts. The event left a lasting impression, filled with memorable moments and practical lessons for final-year students studying at the Faculty of Business Administration. More than just a competition, it was a journey to cultivate confidence, attitude, and responsibility in each student before graduation.<\/p>\n

Having gone through challenging rounds of testing \u2013 from debating\u00a0with<\/strong>\u00a0recruiters to demonstrating\u00a0high professional competence \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0the candidates proved that\u00a0courage, knowledge, attitude, and a sense of responsibility are crucial elements for being ready to enter the real working environment<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/p>\n

              The meaning of victory<\/strong><\/p>\n

              The award is not only a recognition of the efforts that the students have shown throughout their journey, but also\u00a0an important stepping stone<\/strong>\u00a0for them to advance further in their careers. Each of you is a\u00a0source of inspiration<\/strong>\u00a0for the spirit of learning, daring to think, daring to act, and daring to lead.<\/p>\n

              Le\u00a0Vi, a K22 student majoring in E-commerce,\u00a0class\u00a022DTMDT1C,<\/strong>\u00a0shared:\u00a0\u201c\u00a0The Shaping the Future competition was a memorable and meaningful experience for me. I would like to thank the Faculty of Business Administration for organizing such a beneficial academic playground, giving us the opportunity to learn, gain practical experience, and develop soft skills. In particular, I was very impressed with the interviews with the representatives from the businesses. They shared genuine and relatable insights, helping me better understand the expectations of employers and my future career path, as well as providing a realistic perspective on the job market. The competition helped me reflect on myself, clearly define the path I want to take, and further develop the skills and knowledge I lack\u00a0.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

              Nguyen\u00a0Thi Bich Tram, from\u00a0class\u00a023DMK1A,<\/strong>\u00a0Marketing major: \u201c\u00a0The Shaping The Future competition from the Be A Leader \u2013 FBA Club gave us the opportunity to experience the application process as a \u201creal candidate\u201d for a Content Marketing position. From building my CV and portfolio to interviewing with real recruiters, each round helped me understand my own abilities better, recognize my strengths and areas for improvement. I am truly grateful to the organizers for creating such a practical platform, helping us students become more confident on our journey to achieving our dream jobs in the future.\u00a0\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
