<\/p>\nOn December 20-21, 2025, the first International Conference on Future Business Perspectives (ICFBP 2025) was held at Nguyen Tat Thanh University, bringing together leading scholars from more than 15 countries such as the UK, Croatia, France, Sweden, India, Vietnam, etc. This was a special opportunity for the Faculty of Business Administration to affirm its research capabilities and contribute to global business issues.<\/p>\n

Researchers from more than 15 countries pose for a commemorative photo at the workshop.<\/em><\/p>\n Professional and well-structured seminar schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n The conference was held in a hybrid format, combining in-person and online participation, facilitating broad engagement from the international academic community. The opening ceremony took place on the morning of December 20th, with registration from 7:30 to 8:00 AM, followed by a formal opening ceremony in Main Hall A.801.<\/p>\n The highlight of the opening ceremony<\/strong>\u00a0was the welcoming speeches from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thi Hong \u2013 Vice Rector of Nguyen Tat Thanh University and Prof. Dr. Vikas Kumar \u2013 Vice Rector for Research and Innovation, Professor of Operations Management and Supply Chain Management at the University of Portsmouth, UK.<\/p>\n Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thi Hong \u2013 Vice Rector of Nguyen Tat Thanh University, delivered the opening speech.<\/em><\/p>\n Three keynote speeches<\/strong>\u00a0were delivered by leading experts:<\/p>\n Researchers exchanged ideas with Professor Marina Dabi\u0107 during keynote presentation 1.<\/em><\/p>\n Professor Vikas Kumar presented the challenges and opportunities of global supply chains in keynote 2.<\/em><\/p>\n Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vo Van Dut presented keynote 3 on knowledge transfer.<\/em><\/p>\n Following the morning session dedicated to keynote speeches and the awarding of certificates and commendations to speakers and sponsors, the conference moved on to\u00a0parallel sessions<\/strong>\u00a0on the afternoon of December 20th and throughout December 21st. These sessions were held in four parallel locations (rooms A.801, A.802, A.803, and the ground floor meeting room), chaired by international professors and experts, creating a space for in-depth exchange on specific research areas.<\/p>\n Four parallel sessions were held over two days for researchers to present and engage in in-depth discussions.<\/em><\/p>\n In particular, the program concluded with the\u00a0Best Paper Awards<\/strong>\u00a0ceremony and a\u00a0Gala Dinner on the Indochina Star cruise ship<\/strong>\u00a0on the evening of December 21st, creating an opportunity for networking and interaction among researchers in a luxurious setting on the Saigon River.<\/p>\n Researchers were awarded certificates of attendance, presentation recognition, and Best Papers Awards.<\/em><\/p>\n Outstanding presentation on Corporate Social Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n Representing the Department of Digital Economics, Dr. Bui Van Thoi \u2013 Deputy Head of the Faculty of Business Administration and Head of the Department of Digital Economics \u2013 presented an important research paper entitled\u00a0\u201cThe Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on Sustainable Firm Performance: A<\/strong>\u00a0Case Study of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Manufacturing Enterprises in Vietnam\u201d.<\/p>\n The research, conducted by Dr. Bui Van Thoi and Ms. Huynh Le Truc Giang from the Center for Dormitory Services and Management, has attracted significant attention from the international academic community.<\/p>\n Valuable scientific contributions<\/strong><\/p>\n The study developed a theoretical model of the impact of corporate social responsibility on sustainable business performance through two mediating factors: green innovation and corporate image. Based on a survey of 307 leaders of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) businesses in Vietnam and analysis using SEM (Systematic Exploration Modeling) software (SMARTPLS4), the study yielded the following important conclusions:<\/p>\n Key findings:<\/strong><\/p>\n Practical and academic significance<\/strong><\/p>\n In the context of fast-moving consumer goods businesses facing numerous challenges, especially increasingly fierce competition, this study has highlighted the crucial role of corporate social responsibility in enhancing corporate image, creating a competitive advantage, and making positive contributions to the community.<\/p>\n The unique value of this research lies in establishing a link between corporate social responsibility and sustainable business performance through a new perspective on green innovation and building a positive corporate image. Simultaneously, the research provides practical management implications, helping Vietnamese businesses orient their sustainable development strategies for the future.<\/p>\n World-class academic environment<\/strong><\/p>\n The ICFBP 2025 conference created a vibrant academic forum with the participation of many leading professors and experts from around the world. Parallel sessions were held around four main themes: Resilience, Leadership & Organizational Flexibility; Sustainability & Green Transformation; Digital Innovation & Technology Application; Consumer Behavior, Marketing & Other Issues.<\/p>\n Dr. Bui Van Thoi’s presence and contributions at the conference are not only a source of pride for the Department of Digital Economics, Faculty of Business Administration, but also affirm the increasingly solid position of Nguyen Tat Thanh University on the international research map.<\/p>\n Looking towards the future<\/strong><\/p>\n The success of the presentation at ICFBP 2025 is a testament to the continuous research efforts of the faculty members of the Faculty of Business Administration.
