While HR was previously often associated with paperwork, timekeeping, and payroll, HRM has now undergone a significant transformation towards a strategic direction.<\/p>\n<p>HR professionals not only &#8220;manage personnel,&#8221; but also participate in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Human resource development strategy planning<\/li>\n<li>Recruiting and retaining talent<\/li>\n<li>Building a corporate culture<\/li>\n<li>Enhance employee experience and engagement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the digital age, HRM also applies technology and data to analyze employee behavior, optimize work performance, and build employer branding.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why is HRM suitable for Gen Z?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gen Z values \u200b\u200btransparency, a positive work environment, and long-term career development opportunities. Secondly, human resources is a crucial aspect in the success of a business. Furthermore, I believe I possess the qualities of an HR professional, such as being a good listener, a good communicator, and having a strong team spirit.
